Highlight Packages is when I focus on an individual or one team during the sports event. Event Packages is when I focus on the sports event as a whole. I accept credit card and bank account payments using PayPal and Google Checkout.

Highlight Packages

Highlight Packages are assignments where I'm devoted to capturing one athlete or one team throughout the game or event. For example, this package would be purchased if you wanted me to focus on your daughter or son during the whole game. While they are in the game, I would be focused on capturing them while playing. Likewise, if you wanted me to focus on one team during the game, a Highlight Package is the service to request.

IHP - Individual Highlight Package
  • The highlight fee is $200 (plus tax). A non-refundable amount of $50 required at least one week before the game or event. The remaining amount is required at the beginning of the event/game.
  • Photographer will be present for the entire game.
  • Highlight fees can be combined for two athletes competing within the same game. In this case, the highlight fee is $300 for both subjects. NOTE: It must be the same game ... not a different game at the same venue. It must be limited to two athletes (because giving coverage to more than two takes away from the special attention).
  • The day following the event, the photos will be posted on my photo print site, photos.raylloydphotography.com , for review.
  • Within two weeks you will receive a photo CD/DVD containing print-ready digital images of the event. Images come with usage license for printing and promotional use.
  • You also have the option of purchasing prints from my site, photos.raylloydphotography.com. The prints are processed at a third-party site that uses the highest-quality printers and their prices are very reasonable considering the top-notch quality. Click Here For Print Prices.

Event Packages

Event Packages are assignments where I'm capturing the event as a whole. No particular team or athlete is the subject of the photography. My attention will be on photographing the special moments and intense action of the game or event. I also cover tournaments, even those spanning over several days.

TP - Tournament Package
  • I accept Visa, MC, Amex through PayPal and Google Checkout.
  • Tournaments are special, and thusly, pricing is handled differently.
  • If it is a one-day tournament, the tournament fee is $800 (plus tax) with no time-limit for that day.
  • A non-refundable amount of $400 required at least one week before the tournament. The remaining amount is required on the first day of the tournament.
  • If the tournament spans multiple days, the tournament fee is $500 per day with a maximum limit of 8 hours covered each day.
  • The day following the event, the photos will be posted on my photo print site, photos.raylloydphotography.com , for review.
  • Within two weeks you will receive a photo CD/DVD containing print-ready digital images of the event. You will also receive the same images in web-ready resolution. Images come with usage license for printing and promotional use.

  • 5x7 Print - $7.00

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • I accept credit card and bank account payments using PayPal and Google Checkout.
  • Sales tax will be applied to all orders.
  • In the event that I'm unable to attend the event, ALL money paid to me by the client will be returned.
  • Out-of-area travel will calculated once the destination is determined. It will consist of gasoline expense and a nominal wear-and-tear expense.
  • I will need the contact information of the event organizers to set up the shoot. Access to photograph an event is not guaranteed. Some event directors/organizers will not allow photographers access for an event. I require sideline/ringside/field access to assure that you receive quality pictures for your subject. In the event that I am not allowed access, ALL money paid will be returned.
  • Please be aware that access to the action is critical in producing great photos . Restrictions from the organizers can sometimes come at the last minute. Any restrictions placed upon me will be relayed to you as soon as I get them.
  • Any images processed and shipped on CD will be in JPEG format.
